This Terms of Use Agreement, including the terms, policies and guidelines referred to herein constitute a legally binding agreement between Saledock ltd ("Saledock", "we", “our” and "us") and you (“user”, “customer”, “your” and “you”), governing the access to shop.saledock.com and the purchase of hardware sold on shop.saledock.com.

“User”, “customer”, “your” and “you” also means you as the account holder and you as the company or other business entity.

Please read our Terms of Use Agreement carefully. By using our Services you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to abide by this Terms of Use Agreement.

Sunmi Cloud

By purchasing a Sunmi T2 lite or Sunmi T2, your device will be registered with Saledock through the Sunmi Cloud. Only Saledock approved applications are available to download from the Sunmi Cloud app store. If you opt to use another POS software provider you will be charged an admin fee of £40 + VAT to transfer the Sunmi device to another Sunmi Cloud account hosted by your chosen POS software provider.

Right to cancel

All customers have the right to cancel their orders under the The Distance Selling Regulations which gives consumers extra protection when buying online. Specific legislation here that applies is regulation of The Distance Selling Regulations.

You have the right to cancel the purchase of your goods without reason within 5 days of receiving the goods. Please read our Delivery and Returns Policy before placing an order. This policy outlines the criteria you must meet in order to return your purchased goods. Whilst in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must return the goods as outlined in the Delivery and Returns Policy to the supplier address which we'll provide upon receipt of a return request. You are responsible for all return postage costs.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense. Upon receipt of the returned goods refunds will be applied to the original payment method and take between 5-10 business days to process.


All notices you send must be emailed to terms@saledock.com. We may give notice to you using the email or postal address provided when placing the order. Notice will be deemed received and properly service 24 hours after the email is sent or 3 days after the letter has been posted. In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressees.


These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
